Tripat Sahi
Registered Acupuncturist
She is a registered acupuncturist trained at MacEwan University. She also holds a medical degree, providing her with a strong foundation in biomedical sciences that complements her practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture. Her unique background allows her to bridge biomedical science with the holistic principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, combining evidence-informed care with individualized, patient-centred treatment. Inspired by her own healing journey, she believes that true health is more than treating symptoms—it’s about restoring balance, building resilience, and helping people thrive.
Tripat focuses on chronic pain, women’s reproductive health, and mental and emotional wellness, including anxiety, depression, trauma and burnout. She is especially passionate about helping individuals who feel they have tried everything else. She also views acupuncture as preventative care, supporting long-term wellness, stress relief and vitality before issues become overwhelming. Many patients share that she is the first practitioner who truly listens and helps them understand the deeper patterns behind what they are experiencing.
Her treatments are designed to address the root causes of imbalance and support meaningful, lasting change. With compassion, attunement and a commitment to patient empowerment, Tripat creates a space where healing the body, mind and spirit feels both possible and supported.
